No idea, my wheelies are power wheelies so no clutch-up. How's your fuel level when it bogs down? Do you press on the rear brake without noticing? Do you get any lights after that?... The R7 does not have any electronic aid for "going" (TC, wheelie, etc) so it shouldn't be doing that under normal conditions

Ive been dropping back and scraping it will start sputtering with a full tank i cant figure it out

 

If you figure this out I would like to know your solution as I have the same problem on my bike when I go to clutch up in 2nd or 3rd the bike just cuts out like loses power for a second or so

 

Fuel pump placement if your ride on the back wheel for long enuff regardless of how much fuel u have it will start to starve for fuel most people when they get to that point of scraping ect usually relocate the fuel pump for this reason

 

Have you figured this out yet? Having the exact same issues
