Hi I've used this page for a few weeks after getting my bike but haven't needed help until now but I'm wondering if there's a (relatively easy) way to keep the titanium headers that come on the bike and just cut the cat and put a midpipe from a full system kit? If anyone has attempted this yet or anything similar I would appreciate a few hints and maybe even a picture of your progress thanks in advance 👍

I've seen a lot of color change on mine even at the beginning of break in and it's now at a stable purple blue I thought steel could not be anodized? Whatever the case I would like to keep my stock anodized headers even if not titanium I've seen titanium plated systems but the tip would be enough for me as my main concern is finding the easiest way to attach titanium tip to cat deleted stock exhaust

Well steel will blue too it’s not anodizing it’s just color change from being heated up. Anodized is a completely different process. I don’t know anyone that has made a kit for what you’re wanting done. You’d probably be better off buying a full system but if you are dead set on doing it. The only thing I know to help you out is you could take it to a local reputable muffler shop see what they say to get what you’re looking for since they should have all the tools and skill to get it done.
