Rosso 3 Tire

I recently got back from the track and was out riding and noticed my rear tire slipping and sliding anytime I leaned it over. I aired it back up to proper level for the street and it went away. This morning it did it again but not till I got to the canyon and this time it had these weird burnt/scraped patches all over the rear and 2 or 3 on the front.

Do any of you guys know what this is from?
Do I have a slow leak or puncture somewhere?
