Anyone else ready for the 2022 season to start? Bored with all this snowy weather, working on the color scheme, waiting on bodywork to arrive. They say stickers make it go faster 🤣
Figured I'd cut a rim tape design to keep me busy while I wait. Think I'm liking the HiViz with black, definitely will help NOT getting my wheels mixed up with others at the track.

I approve. I run silver fairings on track with my Panigale but the street plastics are matte pearl white so.. that's basically my fav color scheme lol

I have always liked Hi Viz colored rims... but Im lazy and dont like to clean much lol
I can help out if ya need something custom.

Custom rim tape? I think that hi viz yellow would look great on the blue rims. I use hi viz yellow gaffer tape over the wheel weights and it makes a great contrast against the blue.

Hi Viz is what is on my rims above... I just had all my rims all Powdercoated gloss black... even the brand new ones right off the bike lol

I have done reflective too before, which is good for the street guys, with light looks good

My commute for the last 25 years, pre-covid, was 40 miles each way through a few of the worst freeway interchanges in the country, I wanted to be seen. 300K+ miles on bikes through that crap, knocked down a couple times, taken out once, that is the reason for the yellow 'stich. And yellow Arai! It has just become a thing.

My commute since March 2020? Get out of bed, travel all the way to the kitchen to make coffee, let the dog out. Sit down with my laptop. Ahhhhhhh

Cold weather sucks, tearing down an old SV-650 project bike right now and waiting on my R7's to show up. The blue one is in transit, black one starts transit the 25th (fingers crossed).

The SV's got clogged injectors, rusted tank, bad fork seals, wrong rear suspension, and a few other things. Not sure what direction I'm taking with it, it was just a cheap pickup.

Those were the Moto4U ones from Amazon. $18.99 We have some yellow Dainese ones too but they have the black Fox head thing in the center.
For my old Dainese suit I had the white panels dyed hi viz yellow a bit ago but the new suit has white/black center with yellow sides. Gotta stay yellow.

I had done this to my previous 600RR. I currently do it to my race karts as well. I am normally not one for too much sticker type stuff, but it normally breaks up some of the color. @bilet69 where abouts are you in the US. Eastern Oregon here, and hating the snow/ice. Ready for spring.

Looks nice on the kart! I'm in Erie, PA won't stop snowing lol
