Following the @bilet69 secure nut idea and the @Brendan_23 chain adjustment nut idea, I came up with this for securing both with stainless safety pins. I like it. I had drilled and wired the end blocks before the captive axle work was done. Yes, the bike needs a bath.

If you take off that ring on the sprocket carrier you’ll lose some rotational mass.

Yeah, it serves no purpose at all, Overlooked the last time the wheel was off. Every time the wheel was off. Pretty new rear, next time. Went with a Q3 because I blow out Q4's in 1000 miles. They would be good commute tires for someone though!!!

My tire from last weekend. Still playing around with different pressures with tire compounds. I went the wrong way at first and couldn’t save it. I’ve noticed twins like a bit higher pressure than a 600

I swear it has enough power to really tear up a rear tire at lean without it breaking loose. Not a bad line to draw/deal with I suppose.

Well it’s a 0097 and I never have any luck with it and it wasn’t hot enough for 0129 witch is my favorite and I wanted something else than the 0455. After I bumped it up it was controlled and it wasn’t trying to pump like at lower pressures but can’t really complain I got 4 races out of it and should’ve changed it before the last one.
I need to get a hold of him because I’m still waiting on a set of clamps too lol

I only have a 0585 in stock but for my plans right now a Q4 at most is all I need. From my crash I would like to see a little more complete bone growth in the collarbone. The 0585 is on the R6 right now, and I am not sure why I had such a hard tire on it, it certainly wasn't cold the last time that bike was ridden. It was probably someone's take off. 🤷‍♂️

If I get a hold of him I'll let you know, I'll start trying shortly. Also, what clamps?

He’s made some aftermarket triple clamps for the r7. I’m on the list for them he’s just been busy with all the races going on just hasn’t had time to get to them done yet. Im not too pressed for them considering it’s not stock legal.

@Brendan_23 I just talked to Steve, he's still playing catch-up from the weekend and he wanted to have a little more use before advertising the R7 stuff, but it's all looking great after last weekend and he's got one rear set in stock and it will be mine!! He said, but it's black, is that ok? Take my money Steve!!!! LOL

He'll be listing shortly the rear set, clip-ons, the triple, and a shock link for R7 specific stuff. I mentioned that we had talked on here about it, that was how I found our he had made a rear set, he said Oh yeah, I know him!
