Installed the R-77 few days ago. Took about two hours of time, no major hiccups in the process. Final thoughts are that this thing even with the DB killer installed is pretty damn loud when you crack the gas. It's pretty subtle at Idle, so that's a bonus for early morning starts in the neighborhood. I have the Woodcraft rear sets installed and I was concerned about clearance and it is; in fact, tight. The rear brake Pedal when pushed down comes within about 3/16 from hitting the pipe with enough force to lock the rear brake. As long as I keep it bled good it should be no issue. Further, there is plenty of material to cut away a good 3/16 from the pedal to increase clearance if it makes you feel better.
