Morning y'all. 35 degrees here and ice melting. Everything is a muddy mess outside. Definitely need a few days of sun to dry things out. Coffee is good and nothing major on the todo list. Enjoy y'all's day.

Morning y'all. Looks to be a cool day but sun is starting to come up and no clouds. Hopefully the sun warms things up enough to dry things up a bit.

These two yearing bucks are the first up every morning.

Have I mentioned lately I'm really liking this retirement gig, wake up, sip coffee and watch the deer.

Good morning Les
I'm still 6 years from retirement
But looking forward to it
Wet and miserable hear today
Last Sunday I got caught speeding and will lose my license for 12 months starting on the 27th
That's my birthday

Wow, 12 months, bummer. They don't cut any slack. If you need help keeping your bike ready for you, just send it to me and I'll put some mileage on it for you. Just trying to help. ;)

Morning y'all. Upper 30s and foggy here. I'm planning a short ride tomorrow. Don't know what time, probably later in day. Hoping road dries enough to where I can get bike up the hill without getting to much mud on it or stuck. Carla and I have been house bound for a week now and last night she told me to go for a ride and try to unwind. She mumbled something about me being grumpy. Think this is the first time ever we've been together 24/7 for a solid week. Love her to death, but don't always like her moods

Morning y'all. Dipped below freezing right before sunrise, but supposed to be sunny with high in 60s. Hopefully I'll get out for some much needed wind therapy today. Everyone enjoy the second half of the weekend.

Morning y'all. Lightning, thunder, hail and heavy rain woke me early. Seems like I made mother nature mad. So just chilling right now sipping coffee. Hopefully everyone's hump day goes well, looks like a chill day for me.

Morning y'all. Wind blowing woke me up a tad earlier than normal. Wind is blowing just right and chair on front porch is whistling enough to wake dogs up that start barking. So get up, go outside, reposition chair, now can't go back to sleep. Wife and pups easily fall back to sleep. Nooooo, not me. There's a cold front blowing in and we'll be back below freezing tonight. Wind is currently blowing in high teens with gusts in lower 20s.

Morning y'all. @uncle greg, great picture!1 A cool 28 degrees here with forecasted high of mid 50s. Supposed to meet some friends in town for brunch in town and then watch Mardi Gras parade which starts at noon. Wife and I are supposed to ride in, but she's having second thoughts and might drive. She says above 40 by 9am she will ride with me. I've got heated gear but she doesn't. Hopefully everyone enjoys the weekend.

Morning y'all. Mid 40s going to mid 60s, overcast, but no rain. Going to do a deep clean of floor from pups bringing in mud. I've done quick wipe ups but not 9ne where everything gets moved. Love living out here but the caliche mud is not a high point. Everyone, enjoy y'all's day.

Morning y'all. Going to Huntsville, north of Houston, 5 hours away, to meet son coming from North Carolina to pick up a Trans Am. It's going to be a project car for his son and him. Then he's heading to my place for the weekend before heading back home. Kinda neat he's driving an extra 500 miles to check our new place out.
