Like a Lamborghini huracan lol, it's loud and pops and backfires when you downshift. I put the silencer in to help quiet it down a lil. Still sounds great. I think I'ma try a Graves full system exhaust whenever they finish it. I want more of a motoGP sound but the Yoshi pipe is crazy and you don't need to ECU flash cuz it uses the stock O2 sensor
Which pipe did you use ? Have a link if possible? .. I have been looking forever I got the black 2022 R7 .. did the fender eliminator doing the turn signals next and Frame sliders.. I know they don't have a flash for it yet so I want to do what i can without messing it up .. thank you

I bought the Yoshimura R-77 exhaust for my bike. It is pretty loud and it does pop a lot when shifting/down shifting.

As of right now, my bike is getting tuned for the exhaust

So if I buy this setup it uses the stock o2 sensor and won't run or pop any lights without a tune ? .. I would get a flash or tune whatever is needed but idk where to start .. new to upgrading my bike lol
Yeah. The pipe from Yoshimura uses the stock O2 sensor. No lights came on for me. It is recommended to get a tune for the bike since now there is more airflow.
As of right now, there isn’t a power commander which would be easier.
For my situation, the tuner is taking the ECU out and sending it to a company that will basically unlock the ECU for him to tune.
He has to do that since the bike it still new and there haven’t been any tunes made for it yet.
Basically I am the guinea pig right now. I am hoping to get the bike back this week but I’ll let you know how it goes.

So I finally got my bike back after tuning. It runs great and got an additional 5+ hp. The tuning did not throw any codes and I can definitely feel a difference especially in 2nd gear

recently installed the R77 Yoshimura full system and notice the jump on temp as high as 223 from 10-15 commute. will having the ecu flash fix this problem? never had 223F on stock exhaust system.
Sounds like maybe the bike is running more lean now. Less fuel = higher temps. I would definitely look into a tune if I were you!

Does the fan comes on at 223 or not at all? It sounds like there's a connection problem if not. Take it to the dealer since it's under warranty. The exhaust change can't make a difference for when the fan comes on. Maybe you bump something loose?

I notice that it’s eating up more fuel than before. Ever since i installed the exhaust I’ve ride it hard constantly on full throttle than i was with stock exhaust.
I am thinking that it's not only burning a good bit more fuel after the exhaust and ECU mapping change, but I also think that the fuel gauge is not entirely accurate, at least at some fill levels. I've had it show less than half a tank while standing up straight and then put in under 1.3 gallons, filled to the brim.

Yes it kicks in around 210F. It only goes up to 223 when i ride it hard but when im just cruising it stay around 172-180
