I just wanted to introduce myself. I am the proud new owner of a 60th anniversary R7. I picked it up to be more of a daily, instead of always riding the R6. This bike is a lot more friendly on the street than my R6. I love the more usable torque on the street downlow compared to the r6. I have already done an TST undertail custom LED integrated taillight, puig windscreen, woodcraft rear sets and frame sliders. I have had the ECU flashed by Chris Moore at Moore Mafia and a M4 Full exhaust. I will post pics soon.

Nice, and welcome. Agreed, much easier to ride than the R6, which I think is a horrible street bike, it was made for the track. And even then it is very underutilized by many (meaning me).

How is the Moore mafia tune is it worth it?
My opinion having done it, an ecu flash is not really worth it on the r7. If it had fly by wire and yamah pulled the same b.s. 80% throttle opening when you are asking for 100%, then yes it would be worth it. The r7 is all mechanical in that respect. So if you want lower fan Temps and the o2 sensor disable, then go for it.

This is nothing against moore mafia or anyone else offering an ecu flash, my R6 was a completely different animal after he did his thing. You won't gain much from it, This is due to the limitation of the bike itself.
