Camera position

I video alot of my rides. I'm not very good at it but still like trying. One camera is on my helmet which works pretty well. Yesterday I placed a second camera on bike for a different view. Here's some unedited short videos of camera view on bike then some footage shot at the same time. Are either positions good? This is on some on the roughest roads around me. My thought was if a can get stable footage on rough road then smooth road footage should be good.
