Thinking of going with a 35mm riser clip on for the bike. Anyone run these on yet, just wondering if they are worth the effort to put body in slight more upright position and be able to adjust the angles more?

I can't do full upright like a naked, as I hate the way those bikes handle but it seems my R7 would not change handling feel greatly by going just 1.5 inches higher but not sure that actually makes it any more comfortable on the street so wanting some opinions from someone that has done it on their R7 or other Supersports?

Now, I've seen pictures of a bike with the Woodcraft 35mm risers. Anyone know who this person is?

Anyone that has the maintenance manual, are the controls pined on the handlebars with the plastic pins that need filed off in order to use aftermarket bars?

Thanks, was talking about the controls, not the bars to the triple. I removed one and saw that they are plastic alignment pinned on the controls and will need ground off if I get new bars. Don't think I want to drill holes in the new bars, so double side tape it is I guess.

Okay, I pulled the trigger and ordered the APEX risers. After much research they seem to be the best option for me. I can adjust to height to varying lengths until I run out of clearance. I'm looking to do about 1.5 inches out of the 3 inches of available adjustment. I did some pretty in depth looking yesterday and everything seems to have to length and clearance required, so hopefully all will be good. I'll post up pics of the install when I tackle it.

Got the risers in and these are exactly what I was looking for. I will post up and installation video and pictures next week when I install them. I will be able to get the bars in the exact same position as factory just one inch higher with the ability to raise another inch or so if desired and it won't contact anything or change the reach distance to the bars.
