Very nice! Fast Frank is coming out with a kit, his description of the tire changing process being a PITA is very similar to yours. His product does some machining, the rear brake bracket will stay in place as well. $250 if you send your parts to him for machining, $395 for a complete and ready kit. No matter what, captive spacers are a must! I'll be getting those from him or someone. Always annoying when they fall out.

BTW, are you changing your own tires? I have a manual machine to do mine, it works pretty easy, is easily portable, and so far I am loving it. In a review video (link below) the guy had it set on a sort of shaky table and changed sport tires with ease. It's from Poland and the stock center holder for the wheel was too big, you need the 15mm holder for our wheels, which he also sells. There is also a 17MM available but the 15 should work fine for any smaller wheel. I got the set with a balancer.

It gets pricy having someone else do it, five tires and the machine is paid for just on install fees. I need to do seven right now and replace a rim. Off road, it was a great crash!! Glad he had his Go Pro on to record it. Damn kids!!

I always did my own motocross tires... those are easy

I think I am the king of pinched tubes, I have always hated doing them. We'll see how it goes with the machine when I get the bent rim replaced. At least it's warm out, that always helps.
