Nice bike, fellow r7 rider here. OK! please tell me where u got the seat from!! Please!
I had it custom made. had to shave that seat foam down because the bike was a little too tall for me. Took it to a local upholstery shop, showed them a pic of what I wanted and they created it. lmk if you are interested maybe they can do yours.

Shipping the seat to Hawaii and back these days may take a bit longer than you would like, I am sure there is someone local'ish that could do the same. I do like the stock seat but am thinking of getting a new cover that has a little more grip.

Welcome to the R7 world and this forum Eli!!

I love the bike! How much lower did you get the seat height from shaving the seat? Also have you done anything else to lower the height?

Hiya! I'm 5'3 for reference. Stockwise the toes and almost upper top part of the balls of my feet I could touch but I wanted it lower. (I'm not confident backing up my bike and for the love of riding I just cant nail walking aside of it:cautious:) The shaving of the seat lowered 1 inch and installing a lowrering link did 1.25, forks about 12mm so over all about 2.25 lowered. I had the kickstand customed because of course everywhere is sold out. Now I can fully plant the whole part of the balls of my both feet when I'm at a stop or reversing. So much more confident and easier to reverse and hang at N at stoplights :) Hope the info helps
I'll take a pic standing on it later so you can see.

Hi! I’m actually in search for R7 in Vegas but I’m looking for mods that I want to do for the R7. First thing I have to do is lower the bike because I’m 5’3 as well. Which lowering link did you get? And how do you know how much you lowered the forks? Thanks I’m advance!
