Just about finished with my track build, at least for this upcoming season. Going to be running the <750 class at my local southwest racing series, ASMA. List of mods is pretty extensive, but I'm sure someone at some point will be wondering what they can run on their bike, since I did some digging to find a few parts used in MotoAmerica twins cup.
Power/Drivetrain:
Hordpower Intake
Akrapovic GP Titanium Exhaust
Wideband O2 sensor w/ tune
Suter slipper clutch (not even remotely comparable to stock slipper, truly night and day)
Managed to put down 72hp and 47ftlbs up here at 5000ft above sea level on pump 91, pretty impressed with just bolt-ons.
Suspension:
Ohlins FGK 242 Hypersport NIX 30 cartridges with 25.5/300/10.0 springs (probably a bit too stiff for most riders under 190lbs, I am definitely swapping)
Ohlins TTX GP Shock for a Triumph Daytona 675, running a custom linkage adapter from Robem Engineering, this will require some minor trimming of the subframe
Chassis:
Billet rear-set adapter plates, also from Robem Engineering (honestly a must, very little chassis flex)
Lift Mount/Sprocket guard kit from Attack Performance, designed for the R6 but bolts directly on
Adjustable rear-sets, also from Attack Performance
Brakes:
ABS delete kit
Spiegler Rennsport Non ABS brake line kit for the R6, direct bolt on (not pictured unfortunately)
Brembo 19mm Corsa Corta master, overkill for factory calipers, 17mm probably the way to go
Misc:
Bonamici brake lever guard
IRC Quickshifter
SharkSkinz fairings w/seat base, using R3 foam seat pad by Woodcraft
iOneMoto upper fairing stay
Domino XM2 quick turn throttle
Next up will be some Dymag wheels and maybe some more performance mods. I'll keep the thread alive as I dump more money into this lovely machine.
